Brown's not quite hurting for fans or anything. It's sort of odd that some random guy would come up to you and push a comic that if you're AT SPX, it'd be easy to assume you're already aware of-brandonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05331746353766612879noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8026774725178592968.post-44992034129243782612008-11-15T17:06:00.000-05:002008-11-15T17:06:00.000-05:00Yeah, I've been meaning to buy it, but I just coul...Yeah, I've been meaning to buy it, but I just couldn't bring myself to get it at SPX after that mishap.Sandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09672666055136757425noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8026774725178592968.post-89656596662651090442008-11-14T12:37:00.000-05:002008-11-14T12:37:00.000-05:00That's really funny. I felt really bad about not buying the volume of Finder that Carla Speed McNeil tried to hard-sell me at Wizard World Chicago this summer. Oh, and the time I almost forgot to pay Geof Darrow for a print was also embarrassing.

But, I do recommend Incredible Change-Bots; it's very funny. I wish Jeffrey Brown would do more along those lines, instead of the "girlfriend" comics he seems to always be putting out. Of course, I've only read a tiny fraction of his work, so I'm speaking from ignorance here; don't take me too seriously on the subject.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13867868039166531163noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8026774725178592968.post-24288009742137343722008-11-14T01:07:00.000-05:002008-11-14T01:07:00.000-05:00At San Diego, I had someone telling me how much th...At San Diego, I had someone telling me how much they loved Cover Girl until they looked inside the trade paperback and realized that they were talking about Oni's The Leading Man. Then there was a pause that got so long, I started to enjoy the respite from the rest of the show.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
