Marvel's 1993 Annual Report, Part 1

In 1993, I purchased four shares of stock in Marvel Entertainment Group, Inc. solely so that I could get a copy of Marvel's Annual Report, which I had heard was published in comic book form.

Oh man did they deliver.

Oh yeah, there's more where that came from.

Twenty-seven more comic book pages describing the year for Marvel Comics, Licensing and Advertising, Fleer, and Toy Biz.

And then there's thirty-one pages of financial data in boring old prose form, except for a few illustrations and charts like this:

PART 1 | PART 2 | PART 3

  1. Hey, i'm down. This shit is bomb-dropping.

  2. That Storm chart is awesome.

From the cover of this thing, it looks like something you'd get a Pizza Hut.

  3. On the cover Wolverine has adamantium claws, but in the story he has bone claws!

OMG I'm so embarrassed for them! What a gaff!!!
